    • Orders outside our serviceable areas may not be accepted.

    • Customers can select a preferred delivery slot while placing an order.

    • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

    3. Shipping Charges

    • Free delivery is available for orders above ₹[3000].

    • A minimal delivery fee may apply for smaller orders.

    • Bulk/party orders may have customized delivery charges depending on location.

    4. Order Processing

    • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [insert cutoff time].

    • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next available slot.

    • For bulk orders, corporate supply, or special hampers, customers are advised to place orders at least 24–48 hours in advance.

    • Our team ensures that all dairy products are packed and transported hygienically.

    • Customers are requested to store items immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness.

    • Shri Panjab Dairy will not be responsible for spoilage if the customer fails to collect/store products on time.

      • Technical/logistical issues

    • In such cases, customers will be notified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
