1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of dairy products (milk, curd, paneer, butter, ghee, sweets, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Once your complaint is verified, we will issue a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund/replacement if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or leaked condition.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products reported after the 24-hour complaint window.

  • Items not stored properly after delivery.
